Our investments in this area include farmland, plantations and commercial forestry. The geography is diverse, spanning several continents and everything from teak to softwoods and grassland.
Common to all these investments is that they are expected to have limited risk and that harvesting generates a return that is expected to be supplemented with a general appreciation in land values.
