Working on the assumption that land is inflation-proof, we have been investing in land, forestry and plantations. These are long-term investments where the returns are driven by revenue from harvesting and an expectation of rising land prices.
Controlling and non-controlling shareholdings
Elkær Group has holdings in a number of Danish companies in the manufacturing, trading and service sectors. The emphasis is on established companies with a clear business concept that is considered sustainable in itself and which can provide a basis for growth, be it organic or acquisitive.
